Since 2013 the Storm Soccer Academy has been hosting volunteers from Germany in cooperation with the BMZ's program "weltwaerts" and the organisation "worldwide volunteers". Every year from August to the end of July a number of 1 to 3 young people get sent from Germany to Bepong to work for our academy. The volunteer service represents a classical win-win situation. They help to develop the academy while developing themselves and get to know a new culture. Receiving new influences had been very helpful to us as well as very interesting. It is not just a work-relation, moreover it is a cultural exchange that has been changing our working routine, our everyday life and our view of the world.
